Do not stuff your page with keywords.
Don't overdo keywords, just 2-3 times per page, you need to put it in page title, then 2 or 3 times inside the article. I suggest that article has at least 2000 characters.
Use keywords also in alt tags, URL name of the article, images, etc. Especially for alt images tags if you post several images inside the article.....Do not repeat it. You need to versify the keyword. Especially instead of repeating the main keyword ""Blue Jeans"", use ""denim jeans"", ""beautiful pair of jeans"", ""new pair of jeans""....etc.
Try to create an article that does not look like they are stuffed with keywords...just to rank them. It has to look natural.
To get other keywords idea use ~ and keyword, for example ~vegan in google browser....Google will show many pages with similar keywords that you can use for image alt tags...
Use keywords in internal links. So when you link to internal pages from your articles, try to use keywords, but do not overstuff. Make it look normal. Do not over repeat the keywords...
HOW WE GET LINKS TO YOUR SITE?
- Commenting on other people's blogs is where usually people end up. These days the comments are heavily moderated by spam filters so you have to really write a good comment, that the user of that blog will approve. Do not spam. If you overdo it you might get a google penalty. I would completely avoid doing something like that.
- Alert the owner of the blog and offer help, ask him link to your article on your site that is related to his article. This is a good choice.
- Get interviews, people can interview you, if you did something, special that is valuable to them. That way they will link to your blog.
CONTENT WRITING
How to write good content. Content needs to be interesting. It has to stand out. Do not publish very short articles. Create articles with at least 400 characters. And write something you are passionate about, or if you are working as SEO, research the topic beforehand.

Top 10, 20...reasons, top anything, for example, TOP 10 Food Items You Should Avoid To Lose Weight
Debunk a myth - Debunk something but have proof. This could be an intriguing article for people who believed that prior to that what has been said is true.
Link out is beneficial, so linking out to reputable sites is always good for SEO. Wikipedia, government sites, well-established blogs, nonspammy blogs, etc.....very good for your SEO and rankings...Google loves this!!
